Program Management for the implementation of functions and services for the migration of the Issuing platform (payment cards) of a major international Banking Group.
Dedicated to international banking circuits
This international project involved the use of teams located on a European scale both for the creation of the functions and services required by the Bank, and for the preparation of systems that had to support the migration of the entire card portfolio.
The project was carried out over a time frame of just over 3 years, involving more than 100 people located in various countries and it used the help and support of Visa and MasterCard International Circuits.
