Archiving, security, reorganization and discarding of the Institute’s archives
Logistical and functional reorganization of the documentation, aimed at the subsequent internalization of the archives within the National Archives Centre.
A specific organizational model
Management of the Institute’s archives (the volumes managed are 4,716,480 linear meters/month of documentation) and preparation of:
- • Internal Operating Procedures (POI), all ISO 9001 certified, available for each activity provided within the Service;
- • VPO (Virtual Project Office) communication infrastructure as a tracking, reporting and communication tool;
- Human Resources management structure.
This project had an important dimension due to its territorial extension, the quantity of documentation to be processed and the administrative complexity of the Client.
Adequate planning and constant monitoring of the activities, together with the help of proprietary IT tools, determined the success of the entire operation.
