BV TECH joins EUCINF, a project within the European Defence Fund (EDF) and co-founded by the European Union (EU), gathered at the facilities of Airbus Defence and Space to celebrate the beginning of the project.

EUCINF (European Cyber and Information warfare toolbox) aims to provide a set of consistent tools for Cyber Information Warfare, including tools based on artificial intelligence, developed by different partners that improve the performance of Cyber and Information Warfare systems and cooperation between European cyber defence institutions.

The project involves12 Paesi (France, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Hungary, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Austria, the Netherlands, Cyprus and Germany), represented by 20 companies (Airbus DS, Airbus Cyber, Sahar, Bloom, Storyzy, AnozrWay, Forward Global, Approach, Leonardo, BV Tech, Indra, CyEX, Cybernetica, Space Hellas, Tilde, AIT, HENSOLDT Analytics, EclecticIQ, 8Bells and Airbus DS GmbH) and 2 universities (Madrid Polytechnic University and Murcia University).

During the session, representatives of the European Commission, the Ministries of Defence (mod) and beneficiaries of EUCINF examined the project, revealed specific use cases and introduced the components of the toolbox. This has facilitated a comprehensive understanding of the project, especially the technical complexities and powerful tools that will significantly contribute to its success.

EUCINF officially began on 1 December 2023 and will last until November 2026.
