BV TECH is platinum sponsor of the seventh edition of CyberChallenge.IT, the Italian training program for young talents in cybersecurity, organized by the Cini Cybersecurity National Lab (Consorzio Interuniversitario Nazionale per l’Informatica), which is attended by hundreds of young boys and girls from universities and high schools throughout Italy.

From June 28th to July 1st, the 258 finalists of CyberChallenge.IT.

Now in its seventh edition, the race is the final event of the training and development of specialized skills related to the world of cybersecurity that involved 860 students, between 16 and 24 years, from January to May.

On July 29, at the Turin campus of the ILO (International Labour Organization), the ethical hackers finalists will compete in a race type CTF (Capture The Flag), during which they will have to exploit all their skills in the field of cryptography, network security and hardware and software infrastructure. The participating boys and girls will compete in teams, one for each of the 43 locations that participated in the program (40 universities plus the Centro di Competenza Cybersecurity Toscano, the Command for the Training and Application School of the Army of Turin and the Accademia Aeronautica di Pozzuoli).

The competition is the final moment of a training course on cybersecurity lasted twelve weeks, which involved over 5000 students, between 16 and 24 years, from January to May.
