BV TECH appoints Celia Pelaz Pérez to its Board of Directors

The appointment follows BV Tech’s strategic partnership with PX3 Partners, a London-based pan-European private equity firm, announced on 23 July 2025, which also included the participation of Fondo Italiano d’Investimento as a minority investor. The partnership is designed to accelerate BV Tech’s growth trajectory and further strengthen its position as a leading European provider of cybersecurity and ICT services.
